3 months for each 3 steps, added 1 month rest and preparation
before every next step : one year course in all

Each course has a meeting with a leader every week(education,
personal interview, life sharing, prayer)

On weekdays, each one will do at home for an hour following
a guide book Bible reading, self-reflection, keeping a spiritual
diary, and a prayer.
